We will only ship to the address listed on the eBay invoice — no exceptions.
We ship exclusively via Canada Post (we are located in Canada) If there are strikes or postal disruptions we will use alternative shipping methods.
Please note: Canada Post shipping costs differ from USPS rates. We are aware of this, so there’s no need to message us regarding USPS pricing.

Shipping

We do offer combined shipping on our purchases, however if the total amount being shipped is over $60+ we may charge tracked shipping costs depending on size and weight of the total shipment.
Shipping & Handling- Please note that our shipping fee includes handling, as Vancouvercoin employs multiple experienced staff with over 40 years of numismatic expertise dedicated to grading and identifying each coin.
We cannot alter customs declarations or declare lower item values. All items must be declared at full value to ensure proper insurance coverage.
If you are purchasing internationally, please be aware that taxes, duties, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes — please make prior arrangements before bidding.

Terms of Sale

We do not offer any discount on our items so please do not email us regarding any kind of discount our prices are final.

Bidding Agreement- Upon bidding on any Vancouvercoin item listed on E-bay the bidder has read, understands and agrees to the policy's terms and conditions stated herein. All images are for the actual item being auctioned unless otherwise stated. Some mint products may have stock images. If you have 30 feedback or less please contact us before bidding. If you do not contact us prior to winning a bid the transaction will be cancelled and we will not ship the item out
 

Item's Condition-  Please see photos for condition. If you have any concerns regarding an items condition please ask prior to purchasing the item. We do not issue partial refunds. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure the condition of the item is to their satisfaction prior to purchase.  All items are sold as is.

Our grades are the opinion of our knowledgeable staff. These grades are for a reference base for our customers only and we have graded these coins to the best of our ability. Other graders opinions may differ from ours, as they would with many other professional dealers. If the coins are sent into a grading service they maybe be subject to a higher or lower grade than that of what we have advertised as that would be the opinion of the particular grader grading the coin/banknote and we are not responsible for individual opinions/standards of other graders or companies. We do stand by our grading and offer our grades as an honest opinion to the best of our professional ability.

Mint Products-  Some mint products may have stock images. The mint item purchased may be pre-owned and may have some wear to packaging.  No product sold will be brand new direct from the mint.  Some products may be in original mint state/still sealed in mint packaging or shrink wrap as issued by the mint, however not all items will be.  This will be noted in the description.

Watches & Jewelry-  We Suggest all buyers of pre-owned Watches & Jewelry have their items Professionally Serviced/and or Polished after purchase so the items are running well and up to the buyers personal standards. We are not responsible for any costs regarding Servicing or Polishing of sold items as stated in eBay Policy. All items are sold as is and no compensation will be made after purchase. All of our items are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD$) if you are an international customer please understand that we can only reference our listed price in Canadian Dollars. There will be no specified tax by the seller until after sale if taxes are applicable. Sales tax will only apply to items sold within Canada. Any items shipped outside of Canada will NOT be charged any sales tax by us however you may be charged taxes by the individual state or country which you reside through eBay. We are not responsible for any additional costs by international governments, customs agents, postal fees or duties that may be charged post sale. Many parts of the United States & other countries are forcing eBay to collect taxes on international purchases and these taxes are collected and remitted by eBay, not the sellers. To abide by Federal Law we must declare full value and description of contents for all items being shipped, regardless of the buyers opinion we will not circumvent the law by manipulating declarations forms or the descriptions/values of items. Customer service & return policy-   All shipments to North America are as listed above. International Bidders must e-mail  Vancouvercoins before bidding to resolve all shipping costs. If buyer has not submitted payment within 7 days of the auctions close, the item will be relisted and you will not be able to re-submit a bid on that particular item. Please e-mail with all inquiries prior to bidding. Our Staff is highly experienced and will respond in good time regarding any questions the bidder may have. Once an item has been shipped, we will not accept any returns or issue refunds. All items are marked for shipping the minute they are shipped.
