Vintage c1960 Le Petit Prince Hardcover Book Antoine De Saint-Exupery FRENCH LANGUAGE EDITION
This is the circa 1960 HBW published edition with beige linen/brown print cover. Beware of eBay sellers claiming this, and other later editions are 1943 1st editions (worth thousands). 1943 is the original copyright date printed in all early editions. The only way to date a vintage copy of this book is by the cover colors and publisher.
Condition:
Very good and sturdy for its age. Noted flaws are: very faint smudges on the linen cover from normal handling. A name and the number "4" written very small at top of first page. Minor wear at the corners of the cover with the worst edge shown in close up photo.
