Pre-owned, Vintage book, in used, well read, worn Condition with signs of use, wear & age. Defects-> Tape has been placed on comb bound binding both front and back, covering the black plastic, a strip of cover is ripped revealing cardstock under the once printed area, bends on corners, tape throughout- holding up or repairs made to pop-up portions, old book scent, small rip on page 4, missing pop up on pages 12 & 13, creases & 1/4 loose page from binding on page 15, no sounds coming from "mama doll" on pages 16 & 17; rather a loose part inside the pop-up, no star button included, stickers have been used/are missing- 5 are adhered within the book. Front page contents packet does include the game playing card for the game on the back, untouched, as well as a directions sheet. Back cover has some mild marks or yellowing/stains/handprints/spots.
Overall, wonderful classic 1950s Christmas themed story with artwork for reminiscing- in fair to good condition with flaws & Defects as listed above and in photos.
