A star celestial naval navigatot globe is a device with a three-dimensional image of the celestial sphere with the equator, a grid of celestial meridians and parallels, the ecliptic, the main constellations and stars marked on it, used to determine the location of the ship. The device is intended for solving problems of nautical astronomy that do not require great accuracy: selecting several stars for astronomical observations, determining the name of the observed star and the time of rising and setting of the luminaries, their azimuths at this moment, and more.
The globe has an authentic passport dated 1958 with original signs and serial numbers. Its possible to make a research and find out what ship this celestial globe serviced for.
