Our comprehensive remanufacturing process begins with a complete teardown and meticulous visual inspection of the core. Blocks and cast iron heads are magnafluxed to detect any cracks. Key components like the block, heads, and crankshaft undergo precision CNC machining to restore them to exact OEM specifications. Every internal wear component—including all pistons, rings, bearings, valves, and seals—is replaced with 100% new parts. After reassembly, the engine is subjected to a battery of tests, including pressure decay testing to eliminate any possibility of leaks and a final dynamic SIM test to confirm compression, oil pressure, and circulation before it leaves our facility.
