This auction is for a vintage cast iron 10" X 13.75" heating vent grate that has been salvaged from a 1920's home. The vents are operable, and the grate has several layers of paint partially removed. The overall condition is good, some rust present. The back is marked Tuttle & Bailey Mfg. Co. of New York, patent dated 1886. The grate louvers will fit into a 8" X 12" opening.
