- Surface Treatment: Phosphate+oil. The oil forms a more stable film on the phosphate coating, reducing friction and wear on locking washer, the presence of the coating reduces direct contact between metal parts and the lubricating effect of the oil further reduces wear of hand truck nut axle washers.
