Superman #139 just graded by CGC with a RESTORED 7.0 grade.  I have looked over the cover and can only see the little bit of color in the top left that doesn't match.  I might be missing what they found, but it is a really nice looking cover all the way around besides the small tear at the bottom middle.  Price reflects the restored grade.
