Policies, Shipping Guidelines, and Model Preparation Instructions

Order  Policy

All models are made to order. I maintain stock to cover any misprints or failures, ensuring

there are no shipping issues.

Scale and measurement 

Semi truck cabs are printed as close to listing scale as possible. The BBC (bumper to back of

cab) measurements are taken directly from technical drawings or manufacturer brochures, not other kits. Projects are scaled up or down to match these measurements as closely as possible. While accurate, they may not be exact. Please do not compare sizes to other kits in the hopes their scale is exact.

Shipping and Handling Time

Please be aware of the 10-day shipping and handling time. It rarely takes the full 10 days, however

printing issues do arise. The extra time ensures I can handle these issues and still ship on

time. Many have asked, “Why 10 days?” Shorter timelines would require me to work nights

and weekends. Allowing 10 days gives me time with my family without working 24/7.

Custom Scale Requests

I can print in different scales if needed, even if not listed. Please reach out and I will do my

best to accommodate.

Refund Policy

Please do not purchase a model in one scale, then request a smaller scale and expect a

refund. You will receive the exact scale you ordered. I will offer returns and full refunds, following eBay policy for initiating a return. 

Combined Shipping

I will combine/refund any shipping overages on multiple, SAME DAY PURCHASES. If you purchase kits on different days, these purchases will not be eligible for combined

shipping. I ship orders based on their due date. Different purchase days result in different

shipping dates, and this policy ensures I can manage the volume of daily orders.

Finishing and Preparation

As with any 3D printed model, minimal sanding is required to remove support stubs and layer

lines. Items are printed at angles to reduce these as much as possible. When window parts

are supplied, they can be used as templates to cut .010 clear windows. You may also sand

the clear parts with 800–2000 grit paper and apply a clear coat when finished. Please note:

The product images are renderings. Supplied resin clear parts will appear foggy from the

cleaning process, not crystal clear as shown in the rendering.

Support Removal Instructions

To protect parts during shipping, some supports will remain attached. Use the following

methods to safely remove them:

● Place the part in warm (not hot) water for a few minutes to help loosen supports

.● Use a blow dryer on a low setting to loosen supports.

● Do not bend or twist parts from supports.

● Use a sharp pair of sprue cutters to remove supports.

● Remove the support from the base first to release tension from the part.

Warped Parts

If parts are warped, use gentle heat from a blow dryer on a low setting. The parts will naturally

return to their original shape.
