Description:
The Pentium III 800EB is a member of Intel’s Coppermine family, released in 2000 and based on the 0.18-micron process. This particular model, with the sSpec code SL4CD, runs at a clock speed of 800 MHz and features a 133 MHz FSB.
It integrates 256 KB of on-die full-speed L2 cache, significantly improving performance over the earlier Katmai generation. Built for Socket 370 using FC-PGA packaging, it was commonly used in desktop systems around the turn of the millennium, often in combination with Intel 810/815 or VIA Apollo Pro133 chipsets.
