We primarily ship via FedEx.
Your package will ship with tracking within 5-10 business days after payment confirmation.
Due to rerouting or operational issues, we may need to substitute a comparable service while maintaining tracking and delivery standards.
Additional charges may apply to remote locations. We will contact you as necessary. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to customs inspections.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or unpaid duties, the cost of re-shipping or the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Serial numbers/tamper-evident labels and product photos will be recorded. Modifications to the product or removal of parts will void the sale.
