Rhin-O-Tuff Plastic Comb Binding Die, with comb adjuster.  For heavy duty punching of large volumes of paper.  Presumably compatible with the ONYX HD7000 14" vertical punch and other Rhino-O-Tuff 14" punches, but we are unable to confirm.  Overall size is ~18.75" by 2.75" by 1.5".  Weighs just over 10 pounds.  Please note this item is untested.

Brand new, but presumably has sat unused for a couple years as it has a few small rust spots.
