Condition of Items:

Items are as described in the listing title and/or photos. If you have any questions about a listing, please reach out to us BEFORE placing an order.

Our inventory is stored in a clean, smoke-free office building, and we keep our pets at home.

Packaging:

We feel that presentation is important and want you to open the package and feel good about your purchase. Parts and minifigure orders will be packed in padded envelopes (or a small box if something looks fragile). Parts orders that don't fit in an envelope, or sets that would be crushed, will be packed in a box with plenty of padding.

Lots will be individually packed (within reason) in appropriately sized zip locks. We have found as a buyer that it is nice to receive a well-organized package instead of a big bag with a chaotic jumble of parts. Lots with small quantities may be packed together if it doesn't make sense to separate. New vs Used parts will of course be separated and bags will be labeled accordingly.
