This figure was made in 2008 and was purchased from an overseas collector as "unused/brand new."
Although it is unused, it is over 17 years old (2008) and I personally inspected and photographed it, so I consider it to be in "near-new" condition.
The base is approximately 9 cm in diameter and 10 cm tall.
I consider this a rare item.
The box has some damage.
