Returns Policy

If the item is returned to us there will be a 15% re-stocking fee payable upon return plus the customer is liable for any return costs, all items must be returned within 14 days in original condition.

The buyer’s responsibility is to check the item and contents on the day of delivery. Any irregularities or faults must be reported to us immediately by eBay message.

The package content must be checked before the courier leaves. If any damage is noticed to the product it must be reported to the courier.
