This knife was purchased at a TSA auction. It is USED, undamaged, and in good condition. The knife has been very lightly carried, and the handles are still in great shape. The tape and tape marks on the blade indicate that it has been used, but not much. It appears that the blade has not been sharpened. I do not clean knives I get from the TSA, so it will need to be cleaned and lubricated.
