Dental Etching Agent Instruction
[Product Name] Dental Etching Agent
[Specification] 6g/syringe
[Product Description] Acid etchant is composed of phosphoric acid, silica, thickening agent xanthan gum, purified water, copper phthalocyanine blue, and a dental delivery system (polypropylene resin purchased from certified suppliers).
[Technical Indicator] The phosphoric acid content should be 37%, with a deviation from the label value not exceeding 2%.
[Principle of Action] In order to achieve good bonding effect during intraoral restoration or orthodontic treatment, surface pretreatment of the tooth is very important in addition to the selection of adhesive. The most commonly used pretreatment is acid etching, which is currently divided into two types: total acid etching and self-etching. The phosphoric acid etchant used in dentistry belongs to total acid etching.
[Scope of Application] It is used to treat the tooth surface by the corrosive effect of acid etchant during intraoral restoration or orthodontic treatment, removing contaminants and rough surfaces, and improving their surface properties.
[Instructions for Use] It is recommended to use a rubber dam.
1. Prepare the cavity according to the requirements of the filling treatment method, rinse, and blow dry with oil-free air.
2. Apply the product to the area to be etched with a brush or syringe tip. The dentin should be etched for at least 15 seconds but not more than 20 seconds, and the enamel should be etched for at least 20 seconds but not more than 30 seconds.
When using the acid etchant product, the recommended etching time should be strictly observed on dentin. The time can be reduced to 15 seconds to avoid excessive etching. If necessary, the product can be left on enamel for up to 30 seconds. Note: If the cavity is deep, it is recommended to cover the pulp dentin with a calcium hydroxide preparation and a base material (such as glass ionomer cement) before etching.
3. Thoroughly rinse with water for 20 seconds to ensure that the etching solution is completely washed away. Use a suction device to remove the washing liquid while rinsing. There must be no residual product in the cavity.
4. Dry with oil-free air. Do not overdry (do not dry the dentin). The surface of the etched enamel should be chalky white. If not, it needs to be re-etched. if the tooth surface is contaminated (such as by saliva), it must be re-etched (with a maximum)
5. Proceed with the adhesive and composite resin for the restorative procedure.
etching time of 10 seconds.
[Precautions]
1. This product should be used as soon as possible after opening. If not used within
5 hours of opening, the performance of the product may be affected, reducing the treatment effect. Use a new dental delivery system needle for each patient, and tightly close the protective cover after each use.
2. Avoid being too close to the pulp (dentin thickness less than 1mm) during application.
3. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wear gloves when using.
4. Phosphoric acid is a substance with strong irritation to the eyes and skin. If it splashes into the eyes or oral mucosa, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention. If ingested, take a large amount of warm water immediately and seek medical attention. If it gets on the skin, immediately rinse with soapy water and clean water. If discomfort persists, seek medical attention.

urea peroxide, polyethylene glycol, distiled water, glyceryl monostearate, and dental
delivery device (purchased externally, made of polypropylene resin).
[Technical Indicator] The content of EDTA (expressed as disodium
ethylenediaminetetraacetate) is not less than 3%. The pH value should be between 6
and 9.
[Principle of Action] During root canal preparation, EDTA root canal
lubricant/cleanser can lubricate or clean the root canal. The main active ingredient,
EDTA chelating agent, can chelate with the calcium ions in the root canal wall and
assist the mechanical root canal enlarger to prepare the root canal.
[Scope of Application] It is suitable for lubricating and cleaning the root canal
treatment instruments during the root canal preparation process.
[Instructions for Use]
1. During the root canal preparation process, place a small amount of paste at the
root canal orifice and use a suitable root canal file to put the paste into the root
canal.
2. At the same time, dip the root canal file in a small amount of EDTA gel and then
perform the root canal preparation to achieve lubrication and protection of the
instrument.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 if necessary.
4. Without using a rubber dam, wash directly with 0.5% sodium hypochlorite
solution, or use 0.5%-5.25% sodium hypochlorite solution if using a rubber dam.
[Precautions]
1.Useonlybyprofessional personnel who haveobtained thecorresponding
national level. This is a dental material and should not be used for other purposes
except for dental treatment.
