As of 13th April 2025, all my new listings and
existing ones I will refused to send by Evri typically we prefer royal mail or
if enough postage paid, In post as both I have found more reliable, but you
must pay.
1a. Added 25.2.24 Regarding combined shipping Royal Mail or In Post preferred
Please note where possible we are happy to send very
small items Royal Mail large letter, but as a guide if you decide to buy 2
small items and we combined shipping best cost will be Evri or Royal Mail Small
parcel – we do not wish to have an issue of non-delivery by Royal Mail, thanks
for your understanding. Note if on the very rare occasion RM lose your parcel,
I must wait 10 days after expected delivery before I can make a claim, please
be patient with the Royal Mail, it’s still a good service.
1. Yes, we can combined shipping costs if you buy more
than 1 item from us, the only exception is where we ask for immediate payment
on BUY IT NOW listings. Once you have finished bidding on desired listings
please make no payment until we have chance to send a combined invoice with
best shipping options offered.
2. Preferred shippers
For 2025 no more Evri remains – Royal Mail or Inpost
our preferred shippers for tracked delivery for parcels, however for very small
items we still use Royal Mail e.g. for items that will go Letter or Large
letter class as a matter of course.
3. Please pay within 5 days of first winning bid
placed
This is in line with eBay’s policies at the present
time. If you change your mind and don’t want the item please message us and we
will be able to cancel the transaction as soon as you are able, this is not an
unreasonable request.
4. Keeping ebay a happy place
If you are not happy with anything please send
me a message I will try to help, but allow me reasonable time to reply e.g. 24
hours thank you.
5. Returns – if you want to return and item, we ask
you to cover this cost if you don’t like the item.
