SHIPPING & RETURN

  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will issue a return authorization for you to return your item within 30 days of receiving the item. eBay will provide a Return Label and buyer will cover return shipping costs. Guidelines for a hassle-free return:

1. The item or items must be in original UNUSED UNWORN condition with tags still attached and (or) in the original box.

2. Please take care in packaging the item so it will get to us in the condition you received it. If returned damaged items will be sent back to the buyer with no refund.

3. Please include your invoice and or return authorization email with the returned item. Please return your item using eBay return option.

Exchange: exchange related shipping fees are customer’s responsibility

Shoes or any other item that were shipped in a BOX must be return in their original box with no tape or labels applied directly to the box. Any shoe or other item that are returned without box, or tape or labels applied directly to the box will incur a 30% restocking fee.
