The first of it's kind, this is a cookbook written for food preparation in the many small appliances available in the early 1950's. There are over 600 tested recipes. Many of these small appliances are still around, but the recipes can be adapted to newer small appliances.

These books came from the private cookbook collection of Terry Ford.
