This dump station is uséd but has been cleaned and tested. There are some minor scuffs and scratches from use. This came out of a test kitchen and is in very good condition.

Shipping is a Flat Rate on this item to a Commercial address. If you will need any special delivery requirements including a Residential delivery, liftgate or prior notice before delivery, please let us know immediately upon purchase so we can get that arranged. If you want to pick it up yourself, just let us know and we will re-invoice you without the shipping. Once payment is received your item will usually ship within 1-2 business days to allow for Palletizing.

If the item has minor damage, you need to document the damage with photos and notes on the delivery receipt. If the damage is substantial - refuse the shipment! Transportation can be very hard on used items and occasionally an issue will crop up during transport that is actually no one's fault. If it is something that we can easily help you with, we will, but we are not responsible for accepting a return of the item. And in no case are we responsible for the return shipping of the item.
