INFORMATIONS GENERALES

Nous expedions les commandes des que possible, mais ce ne sera pas toujours le meme jour que votre commande. Les commandes sont expediees de notre entrepot en Grece. En general, pour les articles en stock, nous traitons habituellement et leur expedions le jour meme si la commande est passee avant 13:00, heure locale, sinon ils seront expediees le jour ouvrable suivant. Pour les commandes passees avec le Service Courrier avant 19:00, heure locale, ils seront egalement expediees le jour meme de l'entreprise. En tout cas si le temps d'expedition est different de l'habituel, vous serez averti par e-mail ou par telephone. Si nous nous attendons a un plus de temps, il sera note dans la description de l'article. 

Dans le cas ou votre commande est pas en stock, nous allons vous donner un delai de livraison estime par un courriel de suivi.

Vous devriez recevoir un e-mail confirmant votre commande peu de temps apres que vous l'avez place. Si vous ne recevez pas cet e-mail, s'il vous plait verifier votre dossier spam et voyez si vous pouvez le localiser. Ceci est particulierement important parce que, si vous ne l'avez pas recu l'email de confirmation de commande, vous ne serez pas aussi recevoir l'email avec votre notification d'expedition et les informations de suivi. Lorsque votre commande obtient un numero de suivi, vous recevrez un SMS avec le numero de suivi (uniquement si vous avez entre votre telephone mobile lorsque vous vous etes inscrit). 

Comme un service de transport que nous utilisons le reseau mondial de service postal. Nous expedions toutes les commandes avec un numero de suivi et signes. Pour les clients qui ont besoin de toute urgence leurs parties, nous offrons UPS et DHL Courier Service. UPS et DHL utilisent leur reseau mondial de livrer a temps pour vos besoins les produits commandes. Ce service est optionnel et il est livre avec un supplement.

SIGNATURE EXIGENCE

Tous les articles d'une valeur de plus de 50 € sont expediees signature requise si possible; s'il vous plait planifier en consequence. S'il vous plait nous contacter des que possible a la vente  et assurez-vous d'inclure votre numero de commande (Transaction ID). S'il vous plait noter que, dans ce cas, vous serez accepter la responsabilite si quelque chose devait arriver a l'emballage.

TRANSFERTS INTERNATIONAUX

Nous ne transportons internationalement.

Il ya quelques choses a connaitre, cependant: vous, l'acheteur, etes responsable de toute TVA, tarifaires, droits, taxes, frais de manutention, les frais de dedouanement, etc. requis par votre pays pour l'importation de biens de consommation. S'il vous plait faire vos recherches si vous etes pret a obtenir votre package dedouane, et avoir une idee de ce que le cout supplementaire sera.

* En raison de l'embargo europeen sur la Russie, nous ne pouvons pas, pour le moment, expedier des commandes a la Russie.

BACKORDERS

Si vous avez rupture de stock d'articles dans votre panier a la caisse, ces elements ne seront pas expedies a vous jusqu'a ce que l'article (s) sont en stock et disponibles pour l'expedition. Pendant le processus de commande, vous serez en mesure de choisir si vous voulez que tous vos articles a etre expedies ensemble ou separement. Vous serez en mesure de voir les dates de livraison prevues pour les articles en souffrance, mais ces dates sont sujettes a changement. Vous ne serez pas facture fret supplementaire pour les articles en souffrance qui ne sont pas livres avec votre commande initiale.

DELAIS DE LIVRAISON

Selon la methode d'expedition que vous choisissez le delai de livraison varie. Nous ne pouvons garantir le temps de l'expedition, mais la date de livraison depend de la methode d'expedition que vous choisissez. TPL est pas responsable d'un retard possible sur la livraison. 

FRAIS DE PORT

Les frais de livraison sont determines par le total de marchandises de l'ordre et le service de support choisi. Les frais d'expedition varient en fonction de la methode taille de l'emballage, le poids, la destination et l'expedition.

Frais de port international: : Les taux sont calcules sur la base d'un certain nombre de facteurs, y compris le niveau souhaite de service, le poids de l'article, et le cout de l'expedition et de manutention pour le pays de destination / region.

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

TPL warrants all products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of two year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (the “Warranty Period”). TPL does not warrant, and is not responsible for, any product that was not purchased thru TPL official sale network or directly. If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any product, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, TPL will (1) repair the product using new or refurbished parts or (2) replace the product with a new or refurbished product. For purposes of this limited warranty, “refurbished” means a product or part that has been substantially returned to its original specifications. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies.

Exclusions and Limitations

Except for the limited warranty expressly set forth above or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, TPL expressly disclaims any and all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and you specifically agree that TPL shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on any product. In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the product.

For end users who are covered by an applicable consumer protection law or regulation in their country of purchase or residence, the benefits to the end user under this limited warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the end user under such laws or regulations. Such benefits may include additional warranties or rights relating to the performance of this product and remedies applicable in the event of a defect. This limited warranty will be interpreted under the laws or regulations that apply to the end user in any state, province or country and any provision of this limited warranty that conflicts with any such end user rights or benefits is not applicable to end users covered by such law or regulation, so the exclusions and limitations set out in this limited warranty may not apply, or may not fully apply, to you.

Sole and Exclusive Remedy

Your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach by TPL of this Limited Warranty, and TPL's sole and entire liability for such breach, is, at TPL's option, to repair or replace the defective product or, if the warranty claim is submitted during the first thirty (30) calendar days of the Warranty Period, refund the purchase price of the defective product. Repair or replacement of the applicable product (including parts and labor as well as re-shipping costs) shall be made at TPL's expense. TPL reserves the right to send you a replacement product that is the same or of a similar style to the product you returned under the Limited Warranty or a substitute equivalent to your original Product that may not be of like kind (depending on availability). Replacement products will be furnished only on an exchange basis. Replacement or repaired products are warranted as above only for the remainder of the original applicable Warranty Period.

Obtaining Warranty Service

If you wish to make a claim under this Limited Warranty with respect to a product please contact us requesting for an RMA. All of the above information is required before a warranty claim will be accepted. Once Company validates your claim, we will issue you an RMA number and shipping information .

Please note that TPL cannot accept returned products in packages without an RMA number. Your RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package containing your returned product. Returning a product without an RMA number waives all of TPL responsibilities under the limited warranty, even if proof of delivery is available, due to our inability to match your purchase with the returned product – so, if you send us a package without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package, you understand and acknowledge that you will lose both the product(s) in the package as well as any applicable remedy you would have received under the limited warranty.

Warranty Disclaimers

Except as expressly set forth above in this limited product warranty section, each product is provided solely on an "as is" basis and TPL makes no other warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TPL specifically disclaims and excludes any and all other warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If such disclaimer of any implied warranty is not permitted by law, the duration of any such implied warranty is limited to the duration of the warranty period of the limited warranty as set forth above. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so such limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. If applicable law specifies a minimum warranty period that is longer than the warranty period set forth in the limited warranty, then the warranty period for products subject to such applicable law shall be conformed to the minimum period so required. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
