Replacement APCI (Atmospheric Pressure Chemical Ionization) Corona Pin Assembly. Used in the Waters G2-S Mass Spectrometer with the NanoLockSpray source option.

When a high voltage is applied to the corona pin, a plasma discharge is emitted. This causes a chemical reaction to take place, resulting in ionization using the APCI probe.
