New reproduction bonnet buffer rubber.
Fits on to the 3 x metal studs around the perimeter of the engine bay to provide support / pressure on the bonnet to prevent it rattling. These are often perished and missing! 
Manufactured from a supple high density rubber polymer, simply heat in warm water and slip on over the heads of the studs.
