Black and white floral pleated crepe dress /cover-up features long bell sleeves, V neckline and button front closure. Material is completely sheer and not stretchy. Garment has been hand washed and comes from a nonsmoking pet-friendly home. There are some vertical runs, see last photos, these are hardly noticeable as they blend in with the pleats.
