These are approximate estimated prices, some early pressings may weigh more and may incure additional charges. I can only combine shipping of orders I send an invoice for. If international orders are paid separately, I may have to ship separately due to VAT taxes and such, as ebay will no longer let me combine some international orders separately paid.
