DELIVERY TIME

The shipment will be made 24 hours after payment. All shipments are provided with tracking that will be communicated at the time of shipment.

We ship from Monday to Friday, if you place an order during the weekend or on a holiday, the order will be shipped the first working day.

Deliveries take place during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. For Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Puglia, the islands and the disadvantaged places, the delivery could take from one to two additional days.

2 delivery attempts will be made.

In case of non-delivery on the first attempt due to the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will attempt a new delivery on the following working day.

In case of impossibility to execute the second due to the absence of the recipient, the shipment will be in storage at the courier's warehouse and the storage costs will be borne by the recipient.
