This historic scroll printed in 1905 has two imperial proclamation dates (February 10, 1904 & October 16, 1905)
These proclamations by the Meiji emperor gave Japan's justification forgoing to war with Russia in 1904.
And explaining Japan's position when the war ended in 1905.
The scroll features at the bottom, the Meiji Emperor.
It's printed on paper all the writing is done in a metallic gold.
The scroll is in very good condition.
The total length / width is 68 x 17 inches
The image and writing in the middle, (the honshi) is 39 x 13 1/2 inches
