Please see photos for condition and measurements. There is some yellowing of what looks like the glue that holds the bowl and pedestal together. Some of the edges are slightly roughed up, tried to photograph. Inside of the bowl there is one slight imperfection, it’s smooth to the touch and seems to be within the lucite ( also photographed)
