I confess I don't know a lot about Zelfs She has the has the power of calmness. Her picture doesn't do her justice. Sealia's super cute! The package she comes in, is new. There is a crease in the cardboard on top right corner, and a very minor curve to the bottom right corner. She has not had a previous owner or been displayed. She is the Zelf in the pictures. I know when I buy them in bulk, the Zelfs are just put in the package with no protective wrap. All items are stored in a smoke free home. I now have doll stands for 3" and 5" trolls in my store. They will not fit the 5" Dam trolls because of the larger feet.
