If the item you purchased is not exactly as described, you have thirty (30) days to return it; hassle free and we will either exchange it or issue a refund for the full price of the item. Items purchased in the "NEW" condition may be returned but a 20% fee will be applied on the refund value. (Unfortunately, we won't be able to sell the clubs in the "New" condition anymore).

Important Qualifiers
All items must be returned in their original condition, including the packaging and any accessories. Packages must be shipped back to Golf Avenue within thirty (30) days of the
initial delivery at your location for a complete refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping and
insurance unless it was Golf Avenue’s mistake.
Golf Avenue will only cover the return shipping if its UPS or Canada Post account is used. Please contact us by eBay Messages to get the return approval and information.
IMPORTANT: All returns must be approved by Golf Avenue.
