Used, some signs of wear and age but overall great condition without major damage or marks. Works but motor spins loudly during main songs and using keyboard but the “one note” button will play melodies without making jt spin loudly. Able to turn volume up to cancel out some of the noise if you do play one of the songs or keyboard. Comes with original box and insert background. Great for display and collection
