Shipping Policy

Delivery
  • We use trusted couriers to deliver your parcel as quickly as possible.
  • All orders placed and paid for before 3:00pm (Monday to Friday) will be posted the same business working day or within 24 hours of the order being received. Orders placed over the weekend or any bank holiday will be posted out the next business working day.
  • Orders being posted via a standard 48-hour courier service will take between 2 to 5 business working days to be delivered. This does not include bank holidays or weekends so please take this into consideration when placing your order.
  • Orders being posted via an Express or Next Day service will take 24 hours to be delivered. This does not include bank holidays or weekends so please take this into consideration when placing your order.

Returns Policy

Returns

  • If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund or replacement.  
  • Please contact us first before opening a return case - we may be able to help you quickly and easily.            
  • A refund will only be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • If the item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, a partial refund may be given, following eBay's return policy.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of  delivery.
  • Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted or may require you to pay return costs.

PLEASE NOTE:- Due to the high volume of parcels during busy Special events, some deliveries may experience slight delays. We kindly ask that you please contact us before opening an “Item Not Received” case, so we can check the delivery status with the courier and assist you promptly.

Delivery

  • While standard shipping is free to most of mainland UK, some regions are subject to an additional delivery charge due to extended courier routes. These charges will be added at checkout where applicable. If not, we will contact you before dispatch. Unfortunately, next-day delivery is not available to these areas.


Courier delivery to zones C& D can carry an additional charge.This includes
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Outer Hebrides, and Shetland.
