This is a SCARCE official US Post Office advertising poster for the 4-CENT CENSUS BUREAU COMMEMORATIVE POSTAGE STAMP issued on October 21,1965 commemorating the 175th anniversary of the Census Bureau. Designed by Emilio Grossi of New York City.
This poster (8" x 10 1/2" on regular paper) was for posting in local post offices BEFORE the stamp came out, and contains advice for customers wishing first day issues.
