Payment
Paypal is the only form of payment accepted. Most of my auctions require immediate payment, however, if it does not it is understood the buyer will pay within 3 days of the auction end. If payment or payment arrangements are not made within this time frame, I do file a report to recoup my final value fee charged by eBay.
Domestic Shipping
When buyer pays shipping charges, I only charge for the actual cost of shipping (and insurance when applicable). My profit is built into the auction price and is not intended to be in shipping charges. I do however have to make some estimates when listing, so the shipping may vary slightly from actual shipping charges.
All items paid by 8 pm CT will ship the next USPS business day. Anything paid after that time will ship by the following day.
Returns
My goal is to make sure you are absolutely satisfied with your product(s). So I'm happy to accept returns. In the event you decide to return an item, please be aware only the cost of the item is refunded and the buyer must pay return shipping. I refund the item cost when I receive the product(s) back in the condition it was when it was shipped. In the event the item was shipped with free shipping, I will still deduct the actual cost of the original shipping from the amount refunded to buyer.
Satisfaction
I strive to offer you the best service I can. This means I inspect the item(s) when listing and again before shipping. Anything I’ve found before listing is noted in the auction. If I find something I’ve overlooked while doing my final inspection, I will contact buyer before shipping the item(s) to confirm it is still wanted. However, this may delay shipping.
