Schumann Dresden Style Floral Reticulated Porcelain Basket Decorated C. 1935 NICE!
This is a beautiful vintage Schumann porcelain reticulated basket, made in the highly sought-after Dresden style. The basket features delicate openwork latticework and is adorned with charming hand-painted floral motifs and three-dimensional applied flowers. The piece is finished with lovely gold gilt trim along the edges.
This piece is in exceptional condition for its age. There are no chips or repairs to the extremely fragile applied flowers or the reticulated design. The colors of the hand-painted decor are vibrant, and the gold trim shows minimal wear. We found no signs of crazing.
