Includes removable power cord. Base. Lid with gasket. Inner pot. Condensation cup.

Powers on, but only ‘OFF’ shows on display. Parts are all in good physical condition. I do not know what needs to be repaired or replaced to make it work, so I am not accepting returns, this is as is. The inner pot and power cord basically go for what I am asking for all the pieces, and they work.
