This product was purchased from a lady whose parents received it as a gift and reportrdly never used it. Box was open, all contents were accounted for. Powers up when plugged in. Camera battery charges but will not hold a charge for me. You may need a new battery due to being stored for a long time and not being used and charged on a regular basis.  Comes with 2 remotes, charger, USB cord, carry case, and instruction manua and some other things that I don't know what they are. While taking photos I saw the carrying strap on the recorder itself shows wear. All other is in pristine unused condition including extra lens. But i am listing as preowned for obvious reasons.
