The SONY WM-GX677 is a Recording-Radio Walkman. It was released in 1999.

The radio function is available in USA and CA.

We have confirmed the Sound output, REC, Play, Repeat, REW, FF and radio with both Gumstick battery and aa battery. It is working. However it has some notes. Please see the description bellow before bidding.

Original drive belt has been replaced to brand new. Belt contact surface cleaned and polished. And Head cleaned and demagnetized with cleanig tape several times.

The serial number is F19808. It is made in Malaysia.

Notes : ① This WM-GX677 produces a very faint squeaking noise mixed with the playback sound. In addition, you may hear extremely small clicking sounds during PLAY operations. For these reasons, this GX677 is being sold as is and is non-returnable. Accordingly, we have listed it at a more affordable price than usual. ② This cassette player works with gum stick batteries or AA batteries. When using AA batteries, an external battery case is required. This item does not come with a battery case or a battery.
