How to Use

• Choose a suitable height according to your needs and fix it.
• Lightly lean on the inversion table and slowly lie down with hands holding the handle. If the back panel does not rotate, you can raise the limiting bar.
• Adjust the rotation angle, select the required inversion angle, and slowly rotate to the required angle position with hands holding the handles.
• At the end of the inversion, you can slowly back to the balance position with hands holding the handles.
