be listed on eBay. UPAP Online reserves the right to cancel/refund any order
that had parts described incorrectly, had incorrect pricing information or was
out of stock/damaged. We do our best to prevent these issues from happening and

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING
USED AIRBAGS
The VIN of the donor vehicle will be in the ad.
I certify this airbag is not subject to recall and will be shipped in
accordance with hazmat shipping requirements. Airbags must be shipped
as HAZMAT ground and NOT via air shipment. NO
EXCEPTIONS. Due to the HAZMAT requirement, we will not authorize the return of
any airbags that do not fit a vehicle other than the ones listed in the
auction. For a used airbag to operate properly, a qualified installer must
install the used airbag in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's
specifications. Any used airbag that is not installed correctly will subject
passengers in a vehicle to risks of serious injuries, including death, which
may arise as a result of the improper installation of a used airbag.
UPAP makes absolutely NO warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness for a
general or particular purpose or of merchantability in connection with any sale
of used airbags. ALL USED AIRBAGS ARE SOLD AS IS.
Used airbags are not tested by UPAP to meet any safety standards. The installer
of a used airbag must test whether the used airbag will function properly. The
purchaser of an airbag from UPAP agrees to accept all risks of damages or
injuries, including death, relating to the use of a used airbag.

CUSTOMER hereby acknowledges that it will comply with, and will cause its
AFFILIATES and SUBCONTRACTORS to comply with, all United States export control
laws and regulations, that CUSTOMER bears sole responsibility for any export of
certain commodities and technical data and any violation of such laws and
regulations by itself or its AFFILIATES or SUBCONTRACTORS. CUSTOMER and its
AFFILIATES and SUBCONTRACTORS will indemnify, defend, and hold UPAP ONLINE harmless
for any consequences of any such violation.
We cannot ship to the Canadian Yukon Territory. Orders
to the Yukon will be canceled!

this used Airbag (inflatable restraint system).
Any order placed with a NY shipping address will be
