The Keysight 81940A High-Power Compact Tunable Laser Source enables the characterization of optical components and measurement of nonlinear effects at high power levels. It enhances testing capabilities for all types of optical amplifiers, other active components, and broadband passive optical devices. As a single-slot plug-in module for the Keysight 8163A/B, 8164A/B, and 8166A/B mainframes, it provides a flexible and cost-effective stimulus for single-channel and DWDM test applications. Each module offers a total wavelength coverage of up to 110 nm in the C+L band.
