This is an original FoMoCo fan blade to water pump spacer, Ford part # C4AZ 8546-B. This spacer is 2.74” tall (including the pilot that fits into the center of the fan blade). It has “FoMoCo" raised in the middle of the pilot. It was used on the following Fords:
1964 Ford with 352 or 390 (except with factory A/C)
1966 Ford with 352 or 390 with Std transmission (except with factory A/C)
1967 Ford with 390 or 428 (without T/E)
1968 Ford with 390 (with factory A/C)
1968 Ford with 428 (except with factory A/C)
1966 Fairlane with 289 with Ford Aire A/C
1967 Mustang with 289 and Special 4V
1967 Falcon with 289 and Ford Aire A/C
