Beyotime’s BeyoGold™ 0.5 ml Screw Cap Sample Tube is made of imported medical grade plastic particles (USP Class VI), which can be used for the storage and dispensing of various samples and reagents, as well as the operation of automated equipment. 

This series of products are designed with proprietary gasketless technology for excellent sealing performance.

The main features of this product are as follows:

1. This screw cap sample tube is 0.5 ml, standable, non-sterile, screw cap, no ring closure, and non-scaled. They are primarily intended for storage and can be centrifuged briefly at high speeds (e.g., 12,000×g for 5 minutes) but are not recommended for prolonged periods of time at high centrifugal forces.

2. This screw cap sample tube is available with 6 colors (natural, red, yellow, blue, green, purple) of caps, which are easy to distinguish and convenient to use in different experimental scenarios, e.g. for storage of different types and groups of reagents. This series of products also offers brown light-proof screw cap sample tubes for the storage of samples or reagents that require light-proofing.

3. This screw cap sample tube series adopts a proprietary sealing technology that eliminates the need for O-ring or other sealing rings and gaskets to avoid possible reactions between the sample and the sealing ring. 

The threads are smooth and can be tightened in a single turn. Under severe conditions, such as inverted or -80℃ storage for 24 hours, transportation and vibration simulation test, 0.06Mpa negative pressure test, etc., no leakage was found, showing excellent resistance and sealing performance.

4. This screw cap sample tube series has a maximum diameter of ~10.3mm and a height of ~44mm (with cap).

5. The inner wall of this product is smooth, so the sample is not easy to be retained, and the adsorption is extremely low.

6. This product can withstand temperatures ranging from -80℃ to +120℃. Liquid nitrogen can be tolerated, but prolonged liquid nitrogen storage is not recommended.

7. This product is manufactured in ISO 8 classified clean room conditions to avoid any contamination. If labeled sterile, they are sterilized by gamma irradiation.

8. This product series meets PCR grade requirements and is tested for DNase, RNase, and pyrogen free.

9. This screw cap sample tube series is made of medical grade plastic, the cap is HDPE and the tube body is PP, which can withstand high temperature and high pressure, has low nucleic acid and protein binding rate, low enzyme inhibition, and little interference with sample storage and reaction.

10. This screw cap sample tube series is manufactured by automatic system to ensure uniform quality.

11. This product series (except for the brown light-avoiding product) has a high transparency and is easy to observe.
