Description
This slicer is uséd but has been cleaned and tested. There are some minor scuffs on it from use. This slicer is very quiet and is in great condition. The dimensions are 16"W x 19-1/3"D x 12"H. We have a few of these available, so the one pictured may not be the one you receive. They are all in the same great condition.

Berkel Model 823E-PLUS manual gravity feed slicer features Berkel’s hollow ground chromium-plated, carbon steel knife and built-in sharpener. The permanent, tapered guard covers the non-slicing portion of the knife, even when the center plate is removed. The 30° table makes product feed easier, creating more consistent and uniform slices with less waste. The 1⁄4 HP motor, 9" knife and large product table are ideal for handling oversize meats, cheeses and a variety of other products. The 823E-PLUS is easy to clean and disassembles quickly without tools. The compact space-saving design is ideal for limited kitchen counter space.

Shipping:
Shipping is a Flat Rate on this item to a Commercial address. If you will need any special delivery requirements including a Residential delivery, liftgate or prior notice before delivery, please let us know immediately upon purchase so we can get that arranged. If you want to pick it up yourself, just let us know and we will re-invoice you without the shipping. Once payment is received your item will usually ship within 1-2 business days to allow for Palletizing.

It is your responsibility to inspect all shipments for damage BEFORE YOU SIGN for the shipment. If the item has minor damage, you need to document the damage with photos and notes on the delivery receipt. If the damage is substantial - refuse the shipment! DO NOT SIGN for the item - Take plenty of photos and alert us immediately. We generally insure the shipment for the value of the item, but it is VERY IMPORTANT that you understand we are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. It is your responsibility to handle any freight damage claims through the shipping company.
Returns: Our number one goal is to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases so they will come back next time. But we simply cannot accept returns on items shipped via Freight, or after they have been picked up from our facility, due to the many factors out of our control. We test everything (unless otherwise explained in the description) before it is listed and usually again before it leaves our warehouse. Transportation can be very hard on used items and occasionally an issue will crop up during transport that is actually no one's fault. If it is something that we can easily help you with, we will, but we are not responsible for accepting a return of the item. And in no case are we responsible for the return shipping of the item.
