In case you order an item that is out of stock we will send you an e-mail to confirm when you should expect to receive the item. If you prefer not to wait for the specified time, a full refund will be sent to you as soon as the payment has cleared.

As a mark of appreciation for shopping with us, we provide free next day delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery for all our UK customers. For international orders we ship using an established courier, delivery costs for such orders will vary according to destination and the weight of the item.

We have a no-quibble 7-day return policy. So you can place your order with the full knowledge that in the rare case that our products do not match your expectations, you will be able to return your order for a full refund with no questions asked.

Items returned must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and with no tags removed (removed tags will incur a re-stocking fee of up to 25%). If you wish to return an item then you must contact us first, in order for us to give you any special instructions that may be relevant. Returns must be made using an insured service that covers the full sale price of the item.
