Offered is a vintage Greco Roman 5/8” by 7/16 real 1.5mm diamond necklace carved shell loose cameo in good as found condition. The diamond tested as real and the metal portion of the necklace is likely white gold. Note the carved cameo front shows uniform surface wear with some missing detail.
