The C123EF0 fault code in Audi vehicles, often accompanied by a "Brake system fault, stop carefully" message, indicates a problem with the hydraulic brake booster but even after the sensor its replaced the the fault cant be erased from the module with any diagnostic as its a software fault in the unit.
