This is an upgraded version of the original green adaptors. I have removed the original capacitors and replaced them with better polymer items.
I have also added two SMD resistors to allow faster read speeds when used in conjunction with a dedicated BIOS.
This board is now capable of speed upto UDMA6 - However that’s still in an experimental stage. So it’s usually safer to run at UDMA4 or UDMA5. This can be tested and customised with your chosen bios.
You’ll see from the photos that I have removed the 0 ohm resistor at R5. I have installed a 100 ohm resistor at R4. I have also installed a 10k ohm resistor at RH1. These modifications are what allow the faster read speeds.
Each item is fully tested before dispatch.
