Are you a huge dinosaur fan? Are you a parent whose kids loved Jurassic World: Rebirth, but who needs budget-friendly alternatives to the licensed toys? Are you a collector interested in detailed, realistic, and vintage models? Then this prehistoric dino and mammoth set is for you!
This listing includes Spinosaurus, Brachiosaurus, Apatosaurus, and Woolly Mammoth models. All these toys were manufactured by Safari Ltd. between the years of 1996 and 2004.
Please scroll down for information on the flaws in each item.
Spinosaurus: Orange with black spots, this amphibious carnivore sports a distinctive sail and long jaws. Though this model is a vintage 2001 make, it aims for a mostly scientifically accurate design, reminiscent of the Jurassic World: Rebirth spinosaurs. It has extremely minor paint loss (examples: images 4 and 5), mainly on the toes, but is otherwise in excellent condition.
Brachiosaurus: Green with black spots, this vintage 1996 model of the herbivorous sauropod has a long neck for reaching tall trees. It has very minor paint loss and a black mark (images 9 and 10), but is looking great overall.
Apatosaurus: This lesser known sauropod has a unique build that differentiates it from Brachiosaurus. The vintage 1996 model comes in tan with black spots, and has an outstretched neck and a long, wavy tail. Any wear on the toy is very minor.
Woolly Mammoth: This is the only prehistoric creature that is not a dinosaur. This 2004 model has long white tusks and thick fur to survive its frigid environment.
Important Note: The Woolly Mammoth model has considerable and noticeable flaws, visible in images 15-20. In addition to any insignificant wear, there is:
- Chipping away of paint on the Mammoth's tusks.
- Damage to the Mammoth's two ears, bottom jaw, and two of its feet.
These toys are from a smoke-free home, and will arrive thoroughly cleaned in a package with protective cushioning. Thank you and feel free to send me an offer!
